  • Track record for compiling and winning competitive EOI and RFT proposals.

  • Strategic thinker able to work across large volumes of information and effectively synthesise design outputs and submissions or presentations.

  • Extensive experience organising and implementing events and activities in public spaces, and navigating regulatory and licencing requirements.

  • Development of bespoke online reporting structures for Testing Grounds, Phase Two including visualising data sets and reports.

  • Oversees the development of creative strategy and online platforms, including working closely with graphic designers and other consultants on large communications related projects.

  • Detailed knowledge of building systems, construction processes, detailed design and building fabrication.

  • Able to schedule, coordinate and oversee 1:1 building and prototyping

  • Comprehensive understanding of Acts and Regulations with specific knowledge of how to implement projects in public spaces and how to strategically navigate related procedural processes.

  • Write and coordinate the delivery of MOUs, EOIs and RFTs in alignment with AS Codes of Tendering.
